REFUND POLICY:

All purchases for custom travel itineraries are final due to the time and research involved in creating personalized travel plans.

After checkout, customers must complete the required travel intake form. Planning will begin once the intake form is submitted.

Your itinerary will be delivered within 7–14 business days after the completed intake form is received.

Each itinerary includes one complimentary minor revision if requested within 5 days of delivery. Minor revisions may include small adjustments such as replacing a restaurant, activity, or similar recommendation.

Requests for major itinerary changes (such as changing destinations, travel dates, or significantly altering the trip structure) may require an additional planning fee.
