By purchasing a custom itinerary from Alexis Abroad, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description
Alexis Abroad provides custom travel itineraries and destination recommendations based on information provided by the customer. These itineraries are designed to assist with trip planning and may include suggested activities, restaurants, neighborhoods, and experiences.

Bookings and Reservations
Alexis Abroad does not research, book, or manage flights, hotels, or reservations on behalf of customers. All travel bookings and reservations are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
All purchases are processed online and prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed before itinerary planning begins.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of this service, all purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

Revisions
Each itinerary includes one complimentary minor adjustment if requested within 5 days of delivery. Minor adjustments may include small changes such as replacing an activity, restaurant, or similar recommendation. Major changes to destinations, travel dates, or trip structure may require an additional planning fee.

Third-Party Services
Alexis Abroad provides recommendations only. We are not responsible for services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or restaurants. Availability, pricing, cancellations, and service quality are controlled by those providers.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexis Abroad's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the itinerary.

Time Limit for Claims
Any claim or cause of action related to the services provided by Alexis Abroad must be brought within six (6) months after the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
